What currency do you accept for payment?
We accept payment in US dollars. However, all other currencies will be automatically converted. Hence, you can also pay in any popular currency like the euro, British pounds, and Canadian dollars. Please note that your payment solution provider may charge you for the conversion of currency.
How do you calculate tax on my order?
Tax is calculated based on the standard US tax policy. However, the total amount after-tax is what will show in the price of the item. The amount of tax added will be shown clearly in your invoice.

How do I order an item from you?
You can place orders from our website, or send us an e-mail, or through a phone call.
How can I place an order on your website?
Placing an order on our website is straightforward. It involves only a few clicks. First, you must register an account with us, then click on the item you want to order. You will be redirected to a payment page. Choose your payment option and pay. Then finalize your order.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, log in to your account. Click on your orders. If the order has not been sent, you can click on cancel. The order will be cancelled, and your money will be refunded. You can also cancel your order by calling us or sending us an e-mail. However, if the order has been shipped to you before your request, you will have to receive it and request a refund.
How do I modify my order?
To modify an order, log in to your account. Click on your orders. If the order has not been sent, you can click on modify. Then you can place a modified order.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all parts of the United States.
Do you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately, no. We only deliver to states in the US but hope to extend our delivery to outside the US soon.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders below $xxxx depends on the shipping option you choose. However, the shipping cost will be displayed before you check out.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Any order made before 15H00 local time will be sent out for delivery on the same day. Any order after that hour will be delayed till the following day. Delivery usually takes a maximum of 7 business days after we send it out.
What do I do if I receive the wrong parcel?
If you realize the parcel is not yours, do not accept it. However, if you realize after you have received it, contact us immediately through e-mail or phone call. We will send the correct items to you at no extra cost. We will also send a prepaid return label which you can use to return the wrong parcel.

What is the difference between toner and ink
Toner is a powder used by laserjet printers for printing, while the ink is a liquid used by inkjet printers.
How do I know if my toner or ink needs replacement?
Your printer will notify you when the ink or toner level is low. However, you can check the ink or toner level from the computer connected to the printer or directly from the printer. Go to the control panel to check from the computer, click on “Device and Printers”, then right click on the printer and click on the “Property.” It will display the ink or toner level of your printer among the properties. Alternatively, press “menu” on your printer and press “Print report.” The report will be printed and will state the ink or toner level.
How do I replace my toner cartridge?
Open the scanner assembly of your printer. It is usually located at the top or side of the printer, depending on the model. Remove the old cartridge and carefully put the new one in its position.
How many ink cartridges do I need for my printer?
It depends on your printer. Some printers have all four colors (Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, and Black) in only one cartridge, while others have four cartridges with one cartridge for one color.
